For the past years, the alliance has become a resource and support network for its members and for other Filipino youth. AYLA has become a major contributor in nation building and community development through its various initiatives such as leadership camps, disaster relief drives, education programs, and other community development efforts.
To help us move forward as an alliance and as an Association, a National Steering Committee and Executive Committee has been identified to lead the organization and see to its full registration within the year.

As we try to move the alliance forward to far greater grounds, incumbent members of the Steering Committee and the Executive Committee are deemed in their interim position for two-years. They all work on a voluntary basis. Official elections for the posts will be held on 2014.
